By accessing or engaging with the services provided by CodeHub, a fully online-based software development service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the responsibilities, obligations, and limitations of CodeHub and its clients. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any engagement.
CodeHub, operated by an independent software developer, specializes in providing professional software development and integration services, including but not limited to web and application development with third-party APIs (e.g., Spribe, JILI, JDB) for gaming, betting, or other technical purposes. As a fully online company, CodeHub operates without any physical office or location and provides services exclusively to clients who possess valid licenses and government-issued permissions to operate their platforms legally within their jurisdictions.
License and Compliance Requirement: CodeHub strictly works only with clients who provide verifiable proof of valid licenses and government permissions for their operations, particularly for platforms involving gaming or betting. We do not undertake any project or integrate any services for clients who lack proper legal authorization. This ensures that all work performed by CodeHub adheres to ethical and legal standards.
Analogy: Our role is comparable to that of a software component manufacturer supplying parts to a regulated industry, such as a company producing encryption modules for financial institutions. We deliver highly specialized, compliant software components to clients who are licensed to operate within their regulatory frameworks. How the client integrates or utilizes these components in their platform—whether for processing transactions, managing user data, or other purposes—is entirely their responsibility. CodeHub’s obligation is limited to delivering a functional and compliant product as per the agreed specifications, with no control over or liability for the client’s operational use.
CodeHub does not own, operate, manage, or have any control over the client’s platform or its end-user interactions. We do not facilitate real-money transactions, user registrations, or any operational activities on client platforms. Our services are limited to the technical development and delivery of software solutions as per the agreed project scope.
Clients engaging CodeHub’s services are solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in their respective jurisdictions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Verification Process: Before initiating any project, CodeHub requires clients to submit proof of valid licenses and government permissions. Failure to provide such documentation will result in the rejection of the project. This ensures that CodeHub’s services are only provided to legally compliant entities.
Once a project is delivered, CodeHub does not retain access to, control over, or responsibility for the client’s platform. Any actions taken by the client or their end-users post-delivery are beyond CodeHub’s control and liability.
To engage with CodeHub’s services, clients may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
CodeHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violation of these terms, or failure to provide proof of legal compliance.
Clients and visitors agree to use CodeHub’s services and website only for their intended purposes. Prohibited activities include:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of services, account suspension, and potential legal action.
All payments for CodeHub’s services are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in a written contract. The default currency for all transactions is Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Clients are responsible for:
CodeHub will provide detailed invoices and payment terms as outlined in the project contract. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
All code, designs, and documentation produced by CodeHub remain the intellectual property of CodeHub until full payment is received and ownership is explicitly transferred to the client via a written agreement. Clients may not:
CodeHub provides services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the suitability of integrations for specific purposes beyond the agreed project scope. CodeHub is not liable for:
Analogy: Just as a cloud infrastructure provider supplies scalable servers to a licensed financial institution but has no control over the transactions processed on those servers, CodeHub delivers software solutions to compliant clients but bears no responsibility for how those solutions are used post-delivery. Our responsibility ends with delivering a compliant and functional product as per the client’s specifications and verified legal permissions.
CodeHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at its discretion, including for:
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to the terms of the project contract. Termination does not relieve clients of their obligation to pay for services rendered.
In the event of an official inquiry from a legal or regulatory body regarding the use or misuse of any developed project, CodeHub will fully cooperate within the limits of the law. However, CodeHub accepts no liability for the independent actions of clients or third parties.
